4. Project Management
We manage all aspects of a project to ensure deadlines are met.
Before commencement of a project on site we supply comprehensive Gantt charts indicating
the full rollout of the project. These charts reflect the various contractors involved, time scales,
interim targets, and final completion and hand over of the project, emphasis placed on
programming, budget, as well as time constraints. We strive to meet deadlines and agreed
budgets effectively.

5. Space Planning
Space planning begins with the initial survey of existing accommodation, storage, parking
and filing systems. An extensive audit is conducted as well as identifying all storage/filing,
telephonic and information technology specifics as well as electrical & mechanical
requirements.
Our design team is qualified to undertake a needs assessment and to provide space planning
in accordance with your specific needs.

6. Computer Aided Drawings (CAD)

Our draughtsmen use CAD to interpret your requirements.
Functional layouts are controlled by layers and layer groups to display relevant information
tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. These layouts can be provided in both
electronic and hard copy up to size A1 and in full colour.

tooling, equipment and training in order for them to set up their own SMME
operations, providing services to us.
Assistance to these teams includes skills development by formal- & informal training
on all levels. These teams have no contractual obligations to TCIC, and are
encouraged to work outside of our environment as well.
