• We expect marketers to always act professionally when dealing with clients, to follow up with clients when requested to do so, to ensure that the clients send there information through to us

• Ensure that the client has our account information and transfer all the Marketing fees to us

• No part of any premiums received from clients may, under any circumstances be held back by Marketers

• Marketers receive payments when their clients pay their premiums (no advances are paid out to Marketers against expected income or sales)

SEARCH ENGINES

Dot co.za Registrations

We include the registration of Doman name ( www.YourName.co.za ) in our Marketing packages. Once the client had paid his registration Fees we will purchase a domain for the client. We will then start to implement the site and do our utmost best to get it to work within the same day but it can take up TO ONE WEEK! Marketers should therefore never make promises to clients that it will work within a certain number of days since part of the registration processes are not in our hands.

Hosting and transfer of existing website to our Servers

Yes, we can and are happy to host websites for clients. To transfer existing domains to us, cost R499 provided that the existing domain's charges are up to date with the registrar, and R100 per month thereafter. This does NOT include our normal Marketing Strategies.

Registration Charges

An ONCE OFF Administration charge of R499 is payable by all monthly paying clients (the R499 p.m. option) clients at the start of the Marketing process. No registration is payable by Annual clients and NO commissions are payable on registration fees.

Monthly Premiums

Clients receive from us what we have promised them. In return they need to pay us our Monthly premiums. We do not beg this from them nor will we spend huge amounts of money pursuing clients who do not pay us on time. Clients should be encouraged to make arrangements with their own Banks to transfer their monthly premium to us on the 1st day of every new month.

Clients' whose premiums do not reflect in our Bank accounts on or before the 7th day of any given month, will have their websites switched  off on the 7th of that month. A charge of R95 will be levied to switch it back on and will only be switched on once we have received proof of payment.

Do we touch the Client's existing website?

No! Not at all. Existing website remains exactly as they are!

People who need to Advertise themselves like Estate Agents, Life Insurance Brokers, Car/House Insurance Brokers

Businesses offering services like, Plumbers, Carpenters, Paving, Electricians, Health Services, Garden Services

Once off adverts -e.g. To sell a Property or vehicle

People wanting to sell a House, expensive cars, Farms, Timeshare (bearing in mind that the minimum advert term is 4 months). Once such a product is sold the advert will be removed. The fee for such adverts are ONLY R999 for the 4 month period.

How do we suggest you start Marketing the product?

Well its quite simple. To start we suggest that you look for existing advertisers, in books, magazines, flyers, street pole adverts or even the yellow pages. People who already advertise do normally believe in the power of advertising.

Once you have accumulated some information, phone the clients and tell them about our products.
Follow up with emails if necessary to confirm what you have already told the client over the telephone
BUT remember people do not buy from Emails. They will also not normally phone you!
 

PHONE THEM. Re-confirm the power and need for the advert (people do by nature like to procrastinate ending in "no decisions"). Answer any questions and explain to them what they do not yet understand. Take down their details. You may choose to refer them to the online Advertising form at address www.Listall.co.za/adverts. Request them to complete and submit the online form, completing your name in the field created for the Name of the Marketer who spoke to them).  Our Banking details are displayed to clients once they submit the form and it is again emailed to them when we contact them to thank them for their support and for doing business with us. 

We do also send all clients a TAX Invoice allowing them to deduct this Investment as a Business expense against their Taxes. Closed Corporations currently pay Tax at a rate of 28%. Making this marketing Investment effectively means that the Receiver of Revenue will pay 28% of the premium for our clients meaning that the R4 999 package effectively only costs R 3600 per year while the R499 monthly package after Tax only cost R360 per month.

We will be opening different Agencies in different areas but Marketers may contact clients from all over the World.

All  pages also include an easy to use Feedback form which is great for direct communication or for clients who do not have email addresses. Contract

We sign an agreement with all our Marketers. You will be working as a Sub Contractor with us, effectively running your own Business. We will not deduct ANY money from your commission. You will be responsible to pay Income tax on your own income.

Marketers Web Page

We create a Special web page for each Marketer. At least one photo of the Marketer as well as a short CV will be placed on the web page. Marketers can refer clients to their pages if they want to confirm the authenticity of the Marketer.

Q: Will you please type information over from documents or books? Or create a nice Form for me?

A: No sorry, typing is very time consuming. If it is only a few lines, we will do it! Information must please be provided to us in electronic format. The clients may also type it into their advert themselves on www.Listall.co.za/adverts . We will create custom forms for our clients but will charge an hourly rate to do it.

Q: Will you make a link on the Web Page to our website?

A: Yes we will certainly do it - please provide the correct website address

Q: Can I market anything?

A: Yes you may advertise any service, product on your own personal website!

Q: Do I have to sell a certain number of adverts to receive payment?

A: No, you will receive payment for every completed sale (provided that you have a Permanent Marketers code from us)

Q: Are there any catches?

A: No, it is a straight forward product, selling for a brilliant price

Q: Why so cheap?

A: We handle large volumes with low mark-ups rather than few sales with high mark-ups.

Q: Can I continue with my current employment and do this part time?

A: Yes, you are most welcome to do this part time

Q: Do I need to be an experienced tele-marketer to sell this product/service?

A: You need no experience of telesales experience, but a basic understanding of the Internet and Search engines would be very advantageous. This is the reason for our exam, to help you and give you confidence through your knowledge.

Q: When will I receive my first commission and how will it be paid to me?

A: You will receive your first commission as soon as we have receive payment from the Client and the payment reflects on our Banks Statements. Commission will be paid electronically into your bank account after close of business on Friday afternoons (or the last working day of a week) and should reflect in your bank account soon thereafter (provided that you have passed our Exams).

Q: May I sell in any area?

A: Yes, marketers are not bound to certain areas or specific types of clients. It's free for all!

Q: What paperwork is required?

A: None - Let the client complete there details online on www.Listall.co.za/adverts or do it for them

-If a client wants to pay monthly by debit order (the R499 option only) the Debit Order forms can be obtained from the applicable Bank, signed by the client, a copy kept and the original given to the specific Bank so that they can transfer the money to us on time. We do prefer for the client to make his own arrangements with his bank to transfer his Marketing fee to us on the last day of every month.

Q: I would like to pay a Deposit of R1000 and pay four monthly payments of R1000? Is this ok?

A: Yes, as long as you pay everything off within 4 months no registration fee will be payable, provided that the Deposit amount is equal to R1000. We want to assist our Marketers and clients as far as possible.
