b) Clients who want to sell products of value e.g. Mercedes
Benz car, expensive boat, caravan, farm or property. Many people are facing
serious financial problems and need help to solve their problems. Selling
items of value is their answer.
We can help people who already have Websites just as effectively
as those without.
3. Examples:
A Estate agents know that they MUST advertise to survive. An
estate agent who wants to sell a house valued at R1 million, could earn at
least R50.000 when they sell the property. Paying a small advertising fee
to earn R50k is a bargain!
B Guest house owners must advertise. The more they advertise, the
higher their occupancy rates will be. Owning a guest house but not having
guests is suicide.
C The Small business owner who does not yet have
a website-Our adverts are as good as any website, but because of the
marketing of the website attached to it, it is much more effective.
4. Many small business owners simply cannot afford high advertising
rates. And they will not easily come right financially unless they advertise. We
want to help these business owners to succeed, not just survive!
5. Our normal advertising rate is R1,999 per annum (or R999 for five
months). For the small, annual fee of R1.999 we will advertise the business/products in the
following way.
6. Clients are expected to provide us with the information they want
placed on the Web Page. We normally request them to email the information
to us. Else we will do it at our discretion.
7. Information to be placed on the web page must be sent to us in a
electronic format. We will also place photos for the clients which should
also be emailed to us (no images larger than 200kb in size)
8. All payments MUST be made before adverts will be placed or websites
developed -NO exceptions!
9. Clients should be encouraged to complete their information live online
on the www.Advertising.za.net
website. They should then complete you as the Marketers name as the person
who marketed our "Marketing strategy" to them you as the
marketer to qualify for your commission. If a client forget to enter your
details, we will correct it on our side and you will still get your commissions.

How
do we suggest you start Marketing the product?
|
Well its quite simple. To start we suggest that you look for existing
advertisers, in books, magazines, flyers, pole advert or even the yellow
pages. People who already advertise are the easiest ones to convince to
advertise even more.
Once you have accumulated a contact information and email addresses,
contact the clients telephonically and follow it up with an Email to confirm
what you have already told the client over the telephone. You may after a day or two send a follow up email to check if they had
received your mail and whether they have any questions. PHONE THEM. Re-confirm
the power and need for the advert (people do by nature like to procrastinate
ending in "no decisions"). Answer any questions and explain to them what they
do do not yet understand. Take down their details. You may choose to refer
them to the online Advertising form at address

). Request them to complete and submit the
online form, completing your name in the field created for the Name of the
Marketer who spoke to them). Our Banking details are displayed to them when clients
submit the form and is again emailed to them when thanking them for
their support and for doing business with us.

last Friday of every month electronically transferred into your Bank account.
When necessary we will pay weekly to assist Marketers with their cashflow.
We sign an agreement with all our Marketers. You will be working as a Sub
Contractor with us, effectively running your own Business. We will therefore not
deduct ANY money from your commission. You will be responsible to pay tax on
your own income.
